... and only occasional rain, mostly after dark, have characterised February so far, after the damaging winds at the start of the month.
The polytunnel and the fence around the potager have been repaired and we've made significant inroads into trimming the big hedge which bounds our property along the lane. There's still quite a bit left to conquer, but we're over half way, which is encouraging.
Our latest acquisition is a Mavic Pro drone which I am hoping will enable me to get some interesting aerial photographs. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas, but it was late being dispatched and missed a critical window for me to collect it on a trip back to the UK. Consequently it only arrived with us last week.
So far I've only managed a couple of short test flights, and there's still much to learn before I can post any photos ... hopefully in the next week or so.
