.... was short lived today and the sun soon burnt it away. The settled, warm weather continues, and will no doubt be up to the high 20s again this afternoon, as it was yesterday.
The succulent cutting which we acquired a few weeks ago is really doing well now, and there are plentiful, bright purple flowers. The flowers close at night and then as soon as the sun gets on them next day, they open again. We are hoping this plant will give some ground cover on a dry bank which faces south - an environment which proves too harsh for many plants here.
