... weather over the last few days has facilitated progress with weeding the vegetable plot - a job which got a little neglected earlier in the season as we concentrated on building the new sun deck. The task is not completed yet, but another couple of sessions should get on top of it.
I spent some time yesterday morning updating the logging software I use for my amateur radio station. A significant part of the time was taken up looking for the password because the new version didn't bring it forward from the earlier one. I did eventually track it down by searching through an old note pad !
The amaryllis (right) is in flower again and is as splendid as ever. This was a Christmas gift a few years ago, and it has produced blooms on a regular basis.
Hopefully to new roofing material for the workshop will arrive tomorrow so that that job can be tackled before any summer storms come along. The forecast for this week is looking promising so far. It reached 34°C yesterday.
