Today has also dawned bright, although there is some thin cloud about. It's a much milder morning, with over-night lows of 13c. It's forecast to be a hot day again, although winds turn to the north tomorrow and suggested temperatures take a bit of a dip to the mid 20s. After a most disappointing August, the fine settled weather has continued throughout September.
Following a mix-up with the order, the replacement of the conservatory roof has had to be postponed until after my forthcoming trip to Hong Kong. The delay is not really a problem, since the hail storm back in June only penetrated the outer layer of the panels, meaning the roof is still water tight.
